Each of the Şakrak Books is examined by the Dean of Düzce University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Koç and the Psychological Counseling-Guidance Department experts of the Faculty of Education. The cultural and historical beauties of the cities of Istanbul, Sinop, Alanya, Gebze, Van, Ordu and Tuzla are also introduced in Şakrak books, which present the right messages to our children in the concept of adventure. It creates awareness in the worlds of our disadvantaged children. It develops the sense of "Empathy" in the mind of the reader by narrating the subjects of the physical, visually and hearing impaired.
Şakrak Animation Film was selected as a festival film in Russia, Kosovo, Croatia, Japan, China, Croatia and France. The film 'Hero Şakrak' was the only Turkish production to be screened at the France Canness International Short Animated Film Festival.
As a result of the pre-test and post-test conducted by Sakarya University Child Psychology Department experts with 6000 children, Şakrak Books was chosen as the book that teaches values and increases the love of reading books.
Who is Şakrak
Şakrak, the new hero of the world's children, is Turkey's first and only domestic book hero. As a book character, he not only increases the love of reading to children, but also teaches values and introduces the cultures of different cities in each of his books. It also raises awareness about physical, auditory, visual and many different disabilities. It carries the values of nature and animal love, healthy nutrition and life to the imagination of children.
Values such as kindness, empathy and helpfulness come to the fore in Şakrak books, which were examined and prepared by Düzce University Child Psychology Department Head Prof. Dr. Mustafa Koç and his team.
The Goodness Hero Şakrak's animated short film is the only Turkish production that won the right to be screened in its category at the French Cannes Film Festival.

Why Kahraman Şakrak?
I made a brand-new habit with my children… Now I was reading children's books too. Of course, I was viewing these books critically, not through their eyes. One day, I realized how right I was in all my worries in the books I started reading with the thought of "Is there any information that my children should not get from books?" Again, as always, I would read the book before them and hand it over to my children to read. This hugely popular book was full of misinformation that children should not learn from books. Moreover, hundreds of children had read this book before it came to my children's turn. In the face of the mistake I encountered, I started to think with my status as a mother, business woman and writer, and I thoroughly examined the idea that I could not write a correct project in the face of these mistakes. A huge cloud over my thoughts... And there were future generations in it...
